Core Functions

• Triaging / Case Management - decisions about whether, when, how, or where a case should move through the service system.
• Outcomes / satisfaction / measurement and benchmarking - determining how case mental health and functioning changes between the beginning and end of service and then, upon follow-up.
• Service system management - developing systemic strategies to optimize system efficiency and responsivenes.

The sections corresponding to each of these functions reference relevant resources, and will generally include evolving guidelines, case studies and discussion papers from BCFPI staff and the field. They are accompanied by forums, where these topics and materials can be discussed by BCFPI users, from across Canada and Sweden.
