3.2.19 Issue - Closing the 'Person View'

Issue Summary

Unfortunately an issue has been discovered in the 3.2.19 version of BCFPI. If the "Person View" is closed, and then a subsequent attempt is made to view another person, the software will throw an Access Violation. We are recommending that unless you require the 3.2.19 version of BCFPI immediately, you should wait for the next version which will correct this issue.

Workaround

If you need to install 3.2.19 immediately (for a lease extension), or if you've already installed 3.2.19, then there is a workaround for the problem: Simply do not close the "Person View". You can select new people/clients in the "Person Finder" without closing the "Person View". If you do accidently close the "Person View", simply restart the BCFPI software on your computer to avoid any Access Violations.

Update!!!

This issue has been fixed as of BCFPI version 3.2.20.
